This is perfect for those projects where you do not have a relevant subject matter expert on staff but want to ensure that your sourcing strategy capitalizes on the opportunities of the supply market in question.
Supplier Negotiation Strategy:
Our SME reviews each supplier’s RFP responses and your RFP analysis to provide an opportunity assessment, negotiation strategies, tactics, and recommended actions. The SME will be available to provide limited ad-hoc email support to guide your team through the negotiation process.
This activity ensures that you – and not the supply market – are in control of negotiations. It is a great fit for sourcing projects that benefit from having a subject matter expert identify negotiation levers, the nuances of negotiating with specific suppliers, and the opportunities that exist to negotiate reduced pricing and/or increased deliverables based on the responses received.
Contracting & Redline Strategy:
Our contracts SME will provide guidance on recommended contracting strategies before an RFP is issued, will review the initial redlined MSA & SOW for your preferred supplier, and will provide ongoing support to guide your team through the contracting process.

The Palambridge Sourcing PowerPack costs $16,950 for 4 credits. Each credit can be redeemed for a single activity based on your individual project needs. All credits must be redeemed by December 31st 2017.
